New tool added: {mnirs} app

Also new on the Tools page is the {mnirs} app by Jem Arnold, a browser front end to his open source {mnirs} R package. Upload an export from a supported device and the app recognises the format, then takes the signal through resampling, cleaning, filtering, blood volume correction and event marking, before extracting intervals, fitting oxygenation kinetics and analysing muscle V̇O₂ recovery from repeated occlusion protocols.

The package is on CRAN (version 0.8.0, DOI 10.32614/CRAN.package.mnirs) under an MIT licence, and its author describes it as experimental and under active development. Links to the app, the documentation and the citation are on the Tools page.
